• Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise
• Plans renew automatically unless cancelled

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the platform, including software, designs, and algorithms, remain the property of Perceptiviti .

Liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the one (1) month preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or unlawful activity.

• UAE customers: Laws of Abu Dhabi Global Market
• Indian customers: Laws of India, courts of New Delhi
