End-to-end claim digitization and automation with Sherlock suite.

Our customer is the JV of one of the largest American Insurers with the largest Indian conglomerate. The customer deployed end-to-end claim automation using Sherlock suite: Sherlock.IPA for claim digitization, i10Coder for auto ICD 10 coding of claims and Sherlock.AI for claim automation and fraud prevention.

The Sherlock suite worked as a bolt-on at various points to the Claims system of the insurer using RESTful APIs with an aim to cut-down claim processing TAT ranging from 8 hours to a few weeks down to 15 minutes with Sherlock suite.
